Congratulations to the outgoing president, Miss Aida Brooks, on a hard-fought campaign &
thanks for the two years of service.
In the days ahead, I will be meeting with Miss Brooks, & moving our community forward will be
the focus of our discussion.
To my Vice President - Mydea Townsend Abaneme, Officers & members of the Board: thank
you for your dedication, hard work, & continuous contribution.
To team "ROC" Rebuildind Our Community: thank you for being THE BEST. Thank you for
being great foot soldiers. Thanks to all who worked behind the scene.
To the entire Houston Community: thank you for standing & waiting patiently & peacefully in
lines to cast your VOTE. Thank you for overwhelmingly making the right choice.
To the United Liberian Women Association of Houston, Classic Ladies of Houston, Cityhall &
our beloved brothers and sisters at Glendale Park: GRACIAS.
To our Lone Star Soccer team: Merci beaucoup.
To my beautiful, loving, caring & understanding wife & family, I say THANK YOU.
Finally, it's now time that we all come together as ONE, & commence the process of
REBUILDING OUR COMMUNITY.
