ECONOMY
An economy class residence is one that is built from a simple designed plan.  The materials
and workmanship are sufficient to satisfy minimum industry standards.  Low construction
cost is more important than distinctive features.  The overall shape of the foundation and
structure is seldom other than square or rectangular.

An average residence is a moderate but appealing designed building built from standard
details.  Materials and workmanship are average, but exceed minimum industry standards.  
There are special features that give the residence some distinctive characteristics.

A custom class residence is built from plans and specifications with enough features to give
the building a very distinctive look.  Materials and workmanship are above average with
ample attention given to construction details.  Construction normally exceeds industry
requirements.

A luxury class residence is built from a a very unique set of plans.  It is unique in both design
and workmanship.  There are many special features, and construction usually exceeds all
industry standards.  Primary attention i placed on the owner's comfort and pleasure.

PRE-PAYMENT INSTALLMENT SCHEMES

Our standard nine (9) months scheme
(from inception to completion)

Phase I        Design & Construction Documents Production   (5% - 2 months)
Phase II       Foundation, Floor Slab & Structural Support Systems  (30% - 2 months)
Phase III      Interior & Exterior Walls, Lintels, Beams & Roof  (30% - 2 months)
Phase IV     Interior & Exterior Finishes  (25% - 2 months)
Phase V      Landscaping Work  (10% - 1 month)

Our standard 18 months, 36 months, & 48 months scheme

Client pays a minimum of 30% of the total project cost before work begins.  This payment will
cover Phases I & II.

Upon the commencement of Phase III, a revised cost estimate will be submitted to reflect any
cost increase in the industry for this and subsequent Phases IV & V.

If the project is not completed within the agreed stipulated time frame, KDC reserves the
right to terminate contract with client.
