Low End                High End $30.00                   $35.00 LUXURY A luxury class residence is built from a a very unique set of plans.  It is unique in both design and workmanship.  There are many special features, and construction usually exceeds all industry standards.  Primary attention i placed on the owner's comfort and pleasure. Upon the commencement of Phase III, a revised cost estimate will be submitted to reflect any cost increase in the industry for this and subsequent Phases IV & V. If the project is not completed within the agreed stipulated time frame, KDC reserves the right to terminate contract with client.
